Este un înlocuitor perfect pentru uleiul vegetal, unt sau margarină în proporție de 1:1 și acest ulei poate fi folosit pentru gătit și prăjire rapidă în grăsime la temperaturi de până la 175°C, dar și pentru smoothie-uri, sosuri de salată și multe altele! Datorită temperaturii scăzute de topire, poate fi folosit cu ușurință în orice aluat sau amestec. Se poate utiliza și ca hidratant pentru piele, ulei de bază pentru uleiurile de masaj aroma-terapeutic sau în seruri pentru păr preparate acasă.ATENŢIE:
Dacă sunteți însărcinată, alăptați, vă aflați sub tratament cu medicamente sau suferiți de vreo boală, înainte de utilizare consultați un medic. Administrarea unei cantități prea mari, mai ales pe stomacul gol, poate cauza dureri de stomac sau diaree. Dacă apar reacții adverse, încetați imediat să mai utilizați produsul și consultați un medic. Nu utilizați produsul dacă folia de etanșare de sub capac este deteriorată sau lipsește. OMG How does pure coconut oil stay liquid?
Quite miraculous that it stay liquid in the coldest Chicago winters. Not sure what they did but it definitely retains its original nutritional value. I have begun to use it generously on my colored black hair that is turning into a beauty. The way I was when I was younger. Soon you'd think I am 18. I love this product so much that I will be purchasing more than the 2 I have. I use it all over my skin liberally to keep it young, supple, and resplendent.Quite miraculous that it stay liquid in the coldest Chicago winters.
