Adulților a lua câte o capsulă cu dizolvare rapidă dimineața și seara, cu predilecție în timpul mesei.

Dacă sunteți însărcinată, alăptați, încercați să rămâneți însărcinată sau vă aflați sub tratament cu medicamente sau suferiți de vreo boală, înainte de utilizare consultați un medic. Nu utilizați produsul dacă sunteți sub tratament cu inhibitori MAO sau anticoagulanți. Dacă suferiți de diabet, hipoglicemie, hipertensiune, afecțiuni cardiace sau pulmonare, sau dacă sunteți sub tratament cu produse care conțin L-dopa, înainte de utilizare consultați un medic. Dacă apar reacții adverse, încetați imediat să mai utilizați produsul și consultați un medic. Nu utilizați produsul dacă folia de etanșare de sub capac este deteriorată sau lipsește. These tablets gave me a more subtle effect than other company's mucuna offerings, which are often way too potent (not that I usually mind at the time). The doses are in fact labelled at about half what I've usually found, which is still a very effective dose, and the price has been consistently about 2/5 what I've seen elsewhere as well.
