Ingrediente:

Ulei cu clorură de magneziu

Îndrumare:

Adăugați 60 ml în apa de baie sau în apa pentru înmuiat picioarele, clătiți bine după fiecare utilizare. Folosiți acest recipient pentru a reumple flaconul de spray (se comercializează separat) și dați cu spray de 4-5 ori pe piele, apoi masați zona. După un timp s-ar putea să apară o cantitate mică de reziduuri albe în zonele în care ați aplicat picături. Este din cauza sării care a rămas pe piele. Îndepărtați-le prin ștergere sau cu apă. Was tested by a therapist and told my body needs Magnesium, but on the outside, not in supplement form! Used the smaller size for awhile and it worked so well that I moved up to the larger size! I use it in baths with other oils depending on what my body needs! I love it but be careful mixing with other solids
I didn't realize magnesium oil wasn't really oil.... it is water based and when I made some of my CBD topical products the magnesium oil did not mix and bubbled my products so I had to go back thru all of them and press out the water. I am not sure this is Piping Rocks fault but just beware. it's much better used alone, spray on your feet at night and sleep like a BABY.
