La adulți, doza recomandată este de aproximativ 1/4 de linguriță (1,25 g) la 240 ml de apă, suc sau băutura preferată. Poate fi administrat de 1-2 ori pe zi. Nu luați mai mult de 2 doze pe zi.

Great product since I have tried to get the 4700mg a day of potassium through my food and it’s impossible! RDA is 4700mg every day and there is no way I can manage that. I don’t think anyone can and THIS powder is FANTASTIC! It is completely tasteless and I put it in my water and my husband’s tea. I recommend it to all my patients. Amazing price!
